Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on the Fun Trubble website, located at http://funtrubble.com (the “Platform”), including but not limited to text, product descriptions, graphics, illustrations, designs, logos, trademarks, service marks, brand identities, trade names, images, photographs, artwork, videos, music, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform (collectively, the “Content”), is owned by Fun Trubble or is used with permission or under license from third parties.

All Content is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License & Restrictions on Use

Fun Trubble grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its Content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, and only in accordance with these Terms.

You may not, without prior written consent from Fun Trubble:

1. Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, reuse, repost, or otherwise exploit any Content, in whole or in part

2. Use any Fun Trubble name, logo, trademark, or brand identifier in metatags, keywords, hidden text, or advertising

3. Create derivative works from the Content or use it for commercial purposes

4. Use the Platform or Content in any way that could create a false or misleading impression of affiliation, endorsement, or association with Fun Trubble or any third party

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Fun Trubble.

You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, watermarks, proprietary legends, or other ownership markings included in the Content.

Nothing on the Platform shall be construed as granting any license or right to use Fun Trubble’s intellectual property by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Fun Trubble reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform, including blocking IP addresses, at any time and without prior notice if these terms are violated.

Intellectual Property Infringement Claims

• Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law

• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the intellectual property owner
