At Fun Trubble, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please review the policy below carefully before placing an order.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.


Returns & Exchanges

We will offer a refund or free replacement if the item you receive is incorrect or damaged.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem or defect.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  2. Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received

  3. Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Non-Returnable Situations

Fun Trubble is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but lost, stolen, or missing

  • Damage caused by laundering, dry-cleaning, or improper care, including but not limited to stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkling, tearing, ripping, bleaching, ironing, heat damage, or hardware damage

  • Orders returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Packages not received because delivery attempts were not rescheduled within the carrier’s timeframe

Shipping charges are non-refundable in these cases.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer error (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item), Fun Trubble will cover return shipping costs or provide a replacement at no additional charge.


Return Authorization Required

Returns must be approved in advance.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, store credit, dispute, or chargeback and may not be returned to the customer except in special circumstances at the customer’s expense.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary by bank or payment provider and may take several business days

  2. Contact your credit card company

  3. Contact your bank
